What to expect when ordering an Almica collection piece.
How long does production take?
Each ALMICA piece is made to order. The Sera Collection typically requires 8–10 business days for production. CROMO Limited Edition pieces require 20 days of production after order details are confirmed. Shipping and delivery scheduling are additional.
Can a piece be made in a custom size?
Custom begins with an existing Almica design. Select pieces may be adapted in dimension, scale or available finish. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, pricing and timing.
How does delivery work?
Enjoy complimentary local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Southern California studio. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm eligibility. Freight delivery available throughout the contiguous U.S., with delivery calculated at checkout. Delivery is scheduled after production is complete.
Can a made-to-order piece be returned?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After that window—or once production begins—made-to-order and customized pieces are final sale. Verified freight damage or workmanship concerns are handled separately.
